Mr. Md. Ashraful Amin is a dedicated finance, accounts, audit, taxation, and advisory professional with extensive experience in external audit, financial reporting, taxation, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory services. He currently serves as Manager at Ahmed Masum & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he leads audit engagements, taxation assignments, and advisory services while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) (Honours) in Management from the National University, Bangladesh. In addition to his academic qualification, he has successfully completed a total of 14 subjects under the Certificate and Professional Levels of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and is currently pursuing the Advanced Level of the Chartered Accountancy qualification. His academic and professional training has provided him with a strong foundation in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, corporate governance, and business advisory.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Amin has developed extensive
expertise in statutory audits, internal audits, financial reporting,
preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual
financial statements, budgeting, variance analysis, cash flow management, VAT
compliance, and regulatory reporting. He possesses sound knowledge of
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), International Standards on
Auditing (ISAs), the Income Tax Act, VAT laws, and other applicable statutory
and regulatory frameworks. He has successfully managed audit and consultancy
assignments across a diverse range of industries, ensuring the timely delivery
of high-quality professional services while maintaining the highest standards
of quality and compliance.
