MR. Tiklu Bal is a highly experienced and performance-driven finance and accounting professional with strong expertise in financial management, taxation, auditing support, MIS development, and corporate reporting. He has partly completed the CA Professional Stage (Knowledge Level) under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh, covering key subjects including Assurance, Accounting, Business and Finance, Management Information, Taxation, and Business and Commercial Law. He also possesses knowledge in IT applications relevant to accounting and financial systems.
He successfully completed the Chartered Accountancy Course (CA CC) from MRH Dey & Co. Chartered Accountants, with articleship completed from 21 June 2006 to 30 November 2009 under ICAB registration. He is also an Income Tax Practitioner certified by the National Board of Revenue and an active member of the Chittagong Taxes Bar Association, continuing professional practice in taxation matters.
He currently serves as Manager – Finance & Accounts at Figo Group, contributing since February 2016, with responsibilities in ERP-based accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, MIS development, working capital management, taxation, VAT compliance, import supervision, and internal control system development.
Previously, he worked as Manager – Finance & Accounts at Zinnurine Group and Manager – Accounts & Admin at Super Synthetics Ltd (under TK Group), gaining extensive experience in accounts, finance, costing, banking coordination, and corporate reporting.
Overall, he is recognized for strong analytical ability, leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to financial discipline and organizational efficiency.
