Shushanta Dutta is an experienced Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Commercial Management professional with extensive expertise in financial reporting, corporate taxation, accounting operations, compliance management, and commercial activities. He currently serves as Manager – Finance, Accounts & Commercial at Saif & Brothers and Jumairah Automobiles, where he has been contributing since May 2017.


He holds a Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Management from Govt. Commerce College, Chattogram under the National University and a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Management from Feni Government College. His academic background has provided him with a strong foundation in business administration, financial management, and organizational leadership.


Throughout his professional career, he has developed extensive expertise in preparing monthly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements, financial analysis, variance analysis, cost control, cash management, corporate and individual taxation, and regulatory compliance. He is proficient in maintaining accounting records through accounting software, monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and ensuring the timely and accurate payment of corporate taxes and other statutory obligations.


He possesses strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, corporate tax planning, income tax compliance, and coordination with auditors. His expertise also includes designing and implementing internal control activities to prevent fraud, safeguard organizational assets, and enhance operational efficiency. He is capable of preparing both individual and corporate tax returns and providing effective tax-related decision-making support.


In addition to his professional expertise, he is highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, as well as internet and email-based business communications. He is recognized for his positive and professional attitude, strong organizational skills, teamwork, leadership qualities, and ability to build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
