Rajib Karmakar is a dedicated and results-oriented Accounts, Finance, and Taxation professional with over 10 years of experience in financial management, accounting operations, taxation, compliance, and corporate reporting across the garments, real estate, and manufacturing sectors.

He is a certified Income Tax Practitioner recognized by the National Board of Revenue and an active member of the Chittagong Taxes Bar Association, with expertise in individual and corporate income tax matters. His core strengths include tax planning, return preparation, assessments, appeals, VAT and tax compliance, and financial advisory services.

Throughout his career, he has served in key Accounts and Finance positions at Universal Jeans Ltd. and Sanmar Properties Ltd., developing strong competencies in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, cost control, internal controls, payroll administration, and management reporting. He is recognized for strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and a consistent commitment to accuracy, integrity, and professional excellence.

He successfully completed the Chartered Accountancy Course (CA CC) in accordance with the regulations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), gaining extensive practical exposure in auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance under ICAB guidelines.

Academically, he holds postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Accounting from Government Commerce College, Chittagong under National University.
